Kathy, I was blessed to have known Bill from the first event I attended after moving to Colorado to be part of the meetings industry over 20 years ago. He was always introducing me to others in those early days as he had such a strong network of friends and colleagues. We will all miss Bill and our thoughts are with you and your family as you get through this tough time.

    Bill,

I first met you almost 20 years ago when I worked at the Adam’s Mark, and so enjoyed working with you the 16 years I have been at the Convention Center. Every time I would see you I was greeted with a wonderful smile and big hug. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness all of these years. God Bless you and your family, love and prayers.

    Dear Bill!
I will never forget his bright smile, his big glasses under his big cowboy hat at the NFR, and the bandstand he built for a show we did together.

Kathy, As a new comer to Brede, Bill was always welcoming and a pleasure to work with! There was never a day without laughter in this office with Bill’s sense of humor and just inspiring attitude.

  8. Jackie Kniss says:

I’ve lost a very dear pal and will always miss his bellowing
laugh; positive attitude and love and compassion he gave to
everyone he met. We had many heart-to-hearts over a “very rare” scotch and he would either say “suck it up and
deal with it” or give some well needed advice. My thoughts are with Kathy & family. God Bless you, Bill – we miss you.

  11. David Whitmore says:

Kathy, I was shocked to hear the news about Bill. He was an incredible person. But you knew that. Our dinners in Denver and his visits to Vermont were always times I looked forward to. Needless to say his business ethics and customer service exceeded anything I had ever experienced in my 30 years of doing shows.

My thoughts are with you, David Whitmore
