Carol Louise Tull

September 6, 1933 — September 3, 2022

Littleton

First and foremost, the love of her life was her Savior, Jesus Christ.

After that, the greatest loves in her life were her parents, husband Dale, son Greg, daughter in law Barbara and two grandson's Jonathan and Preston. Mom deeply cherished her friends and brought joy and laughter to every relationship. Animals, babies, butterflies, horses and all of God's creatures were so precious to her. She never met a stranger and after a few moments in her presence you were immediately a new best friend!

Her Story... Carol was born as the only child to Carl & Marion Forsberg. They lived in Madison, WI where she met my Dad, and after just 5 dates, they eloped to California! Married for 51 wonderful years, they had one cool kid, and spoiled 11 dogs & cats! Meeting Mom you would never know but she was painfully shy. Growing up she learned to overcome her fears by asking God to give her just one person a day... to "Bless'. And that's how she lived her life!

Over the last few years, we've said our goodbyes often. We called every night to pray and visited every week to assure her we were close. Most every time, we would sing our song, "You Are My Sunshine". On September 3rd, we were with Mom when she took her final breath... praying, singing, and thanking the Lord for giving us this ray of sunshine, who always made us happy, even when skies were gray. Today, we are sad but even now our hearts shine with joy... for Mom is finally home in the arms of Jesus!

Carol will be laid in her final resting place in Evergreen Memorial Gardens next to her beloved, Dale. My parents loved the mountains and the beach, so to honor them, our family will have a private service at one of their favorite places... Naples, FL.

Please feel free to leave notes for the family or sweet memories of Carol. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Evergreen Animal Protective League or adopt an animal.

And finally, on behalf of our sweet Mom, go find someone to Bless Today!

Thank you for your prayers, love, hugs, food, flowers, texts, calls, and cards.

Love, Greg, Barbara, Jonathan, Preston Tull (g.tull@comcast.net)
